- How much does it cost?
- Our prices are subject to change. To be certain to get a current price a number of factors must be considered and assessments must be completed. For more information, please contact the Resident Services Director.
- What kind of apartment and how many square feet does each unit have?
- -Studio apartments have 363 square feet.
- -One bedroom apartments have 437 square feet.
- How many apartments do you have?
- 23 apartments.
- Do the apartments have a kitchen?
- Each unit has storage, refrigerator and microwave- no stove.
- Do you have any activities:
- 50-60 activities are planned per month.
- I am a private person. Do I have to attend the activities?
- No. You can attend as many activities as you like or none at all. The choice is yours.
- Can I have visitors?
- Yes. It is your home. For big gatherings, we can reserve the larger rooms at your request.
- What kind of services do you provide?
- We make up your bed once a week with clean linens.
- Weekly housekeeping
- One load of laundry per week done by facility staff.
- Three home cooked meals per day
- Medication administration
- Emergency call system
- Basic cable television
- Free transportation to the local medical clinic, monthly shopping trip, scheduled activities outside of the facility
- Mail delivery and pick up
- Staff on site 24/7
- Free laundry facilities are available for your use (dry cleaning services are not included)
- Garden area accessible to everyone
- Is there a program for resident's who can not pay privately?

- Yes, and you may park in any available space around the building.
- How is "level of care" determined?
- It is based on assistance needed with the following areas:
- Bathing
- Hygiene
- Dressing
- Telephone Use
- Shopping
- Food Preparation
- Housekeeping
- Laundry
- Transportation
- Financial Management
- Mobility
- Eating
- Medication
- Continence
- Well Being
- Mental Status
- Points from 1-5 are assigned in each of the above areas, with 1 being totally independent, and 5 dependent.
