Drug Free Workplace

It is the policy of Garden County Health Services to provide a work environment free of drugs and alcohol, and employees have the right to perform their duties with unimpaired coworkers in accordance with the Drug Free Workplace Act of 1988 and the State of Nebraska's Act entered into on July 3, 1988.

Garden County Health Services does require a pre-employment substance test with employment contingent upon the results.
